KATHLEEN A. HOGAN, MBA is co-founder and publisher of HospitalityEducators.com. She has a background in management, banking, and finance with a Master's Degree concentration in Human Resources Management. In addition, Kathleen is a hospice volunteer in Phoenix, Arizona, where she currently resides. As the Business Office Manager for a regional contractor, she helped successfully launch an entrepreneurial business with the creation and implementation of the initial finance system, marketing and advertisement. She was later part of a team that solved the financial systems problem that had delayed the year-end closing for a well-established, architectural and engineering firm, including operating parallel computer programs for different aspects of the business.Kathleen's banking experience ranges from small-town savings to prime mortgage lending institutions. She has worked both back and front of the house from loan servicing to front-line customer service, and is experienced in residential mortgages. |
